Pas évident de monter ses grosses valises à travers des escaliers encombrés. La chambre était propre mais assez petite et pas d'endroit pour déposer les valises. Le petit déjeuner était bon. Personnel attentionné. Décoration surchargée (bon niveau)."

The staff were all so kind and helpful and I couldn’t get over how incredible the views were. This exceeded any expectations I had!!! "I would not recommend this place. Receptionist met us when we arrived. Told us there was staffing issues at their hotel in Blef. Gave us the code to the front doorand a number to call for emergencies. We went to dinner, came back at 930pm. There was not lights on inside or outside the hotel. We had the only car in the parking lot. We made our way up to the front door and had to find out where the light switches were. We fell on the steps . DEFINITELY A SAFETY ISSUE. We walked around the hotel...

"Too expensive for what was actually received with a lot of hidden fees and costs not mentioned in booking (including a tourist fee). The gym is not on site even though it is mentioned in the booking. As a solo traveler, I felt judged multiple times by the staff especially during check in by the front desk receptionist who mainly appeared annoyed I was bothering her when she seemed about to get off her shift (I was asked if I was staying here many more times than the average group of visitors...

"My BA flight was cancelled at 11pm. Not only did this hotel have a spare room, they came out and picked me up from the airport and then took me back the next morning. While everyone else was queuing for taxis at the airport, I was in a very spacious, quiet, clean and modern bedroom. They also provided a very good breakfast. The staff are so friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend."

"Such a little gem of a place! The room and bath was very spacious and comfortable. The outdoor patio is a lovely space to dine or have a drink in the evening. Breakfast was wonderful. It's a quick drive to the airport or into old town Ljubljana. We loved our stay."
