"We stayed in room 1 for 1 night. Modern and clean. No view but well placed in the centre. Lovely breakfast provided, brought to our room. Only downside was the parking. As we didn't get a reply to our message about parking we paid for 24 hour parking, none of which could be refunded. It is best to just get enough parking until your check in time as they then provide some parking which they pay for. This would be necessary anyway as there's nowhere to pull up and offload your luggage."

"It was the best location within old town. Just next to Pile gate by opposite the fountain. We did not need to lug our Baggage too far. Victor was so nice and he let us in early at 10:30am so we could join some 11:00am tours. Nice new spacious rooms with a good size bathroom. Great shower with plenty of hot water. No noise issues at all I would highly recommend this to anyone. We had daily breakfast just outside Pile gate for about 25euro per person."

"This place was amazing! Incredible ocean views from the hedrooms. The rooms are a great size with lots of room to move around. Yhe breakfast was good nothing fancy. You are in a great area to walk to the beach and cute restaurants. Theres a bus thats about 15 mins to old town or a quick 5 min uber. Spa is amazing, outdoor pool was beautiful and icy cold! Staff super friendly and helpful. Gym is good to keep your workouts going."

"5* experience .. excellent newly finished hotel in a convenient location for exploring Dubrovnik. Service was excellent, wonderful bar, restaurant areas and amazing rooftop pool area with sea view. Breakfast was buffet style, perfectly presented with every option imaginable. Excellent quality. We opted for the deluxe room with partial sea view, definitely worth the extra as the view was special, rooms were beautifully finished. The mini bar was not stocked but we did have bottled water replaced...

"We arranged with the hotel for an airport pickup - we were met on time and taken right to the Pile Gate and then escorted the short distance to the hotel. We were met by the owner who provided a city map, info about the area and restaurant suggestions (that were all excellent). The room was small but had all the necessities and it was clean. The location was awesome."

"Lovely hotel just outside the busy old town of Dubrovnik in Lapad . Dubrovnik is easy to get to via bus or taxi and only 30 minutes from Cavtat which is a lovely little town worth a visit. The hotel room was comfortable and quiet with good air con. The bedding and towels were changed daily and the internet was good, breakfast is plentiful and varied. There is a lovely pool which we didn’t use as visited early May. Would stay definitely stay again."

"The staff was most accommodating with information about the property as well as the area. This was most important to a first time visitor. They provided a GREAT Breakfast, complimentary, and discounts when dining at their seaside restaurant. The room was both clean and satisfactory."

"The best hospitality we’ve ever experienced at a hotel! A member of the staff met us at our taxi drop off and carried our bags and guided us through old town to the hotel. He spent time with us going over a map where to eat and visit while in old town. Our room was very clean during the multiple days we stayed there. We loved the Nepresso coffee maker. The location of the hotel was perfect! When we left the hotel after our stay ended, the housekeeper insisted on helping carry our suitcases down...
