"Very clean and friendly staff"

"When we arrived the elevator did not work and we were on the third floor. The bathroom was not clean and when calling down to ask for someone to clean it they didn’t have any cleaning staff available. The front desk clerk came up to clean it but the way she cleaned was not sanitary but in fairness she offered to give us another room before she “cleaned” the toilet seat. Honestly I wasn’t convinced it would be any better. We were only there for one night so decided to just stick it out and leave early. I would not stay there again. "

"Had an enjoyable evening. Rachel at the counter was excellent. A joy to the end of a rough day.We pulled in on a weeknight. So it was pretty much just rest and relax. She was very helpful even after the check-in. DoorDash forgot our dinnerware. She was more than happy to get us some hotel dinnerware. Our stomachs were very happy thank you Rachel !"
