"Die Klimaanlage war ausgefallen und unser Zimmer hatte eine Raumtemperatur von 28*C. Man erklärte uns, dass das fehlende Bauteil fehle und nur schwer beschaffbar ist. "Wir hatten bei ihnen ein Zimmer gebucht, jedoch konnte mein Mitarbeiter bei ihnen nicht einchecken da dieses Hotel nur für „Golfspieler“ sei.
