"Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Hier ist der Gast noch König. Sehr nettes Personal. Das Frühstück war super, reichlich Auswahl und durch zwei Durchgange war es angenehm ruhig beim Frühstück. Alle Wünsche würden ermöglicht. Die Lage ist top. Ich komme wirklich sehr gern wieder. Kopfkissen sind leider sehr weich. Ich brauchte dann 3 Kopfkissen. Aber ansonsten gab es nichts zu bemängeln. P.S.: Kofferablage kann man sich an der Rezeption holen, wer eine braucht."

"Wismar is a friendly, beautiful little town, and wherever we turned people were helpful and happy to make your time special. The Hanse House (in English - don't know why) fits therefore right in: There are the little extras like the modern bicycles for just €15/day, a common / business meeting room with comfy sofas and free tea. Breakfast is standard and absolutely ok, but if you want something romantic and a bit special head to Cafe Glücklich, or for a nightcap around the corner micro - brewery Stuuv - quirky, decorated like a 80s living room (including working analog answering machine and phone) and playing German Schlager. Fresh Fischbrötchen (breadroll with raw or marinated herring - guaranteed to kill any hangover) from the market (Tue, Thu, Sat) or the harbour is a must. For dinner try Kutterkaten at the harbour (book a table!) which transforms the daily catch of the neighbouring fishers co-op into great dishes - it doesn't get fresher. And after dark hunt the old town for the locations of the world's first vampire movie, 1922s Nosferatu."

"A beautiful hotel in a breathtaking location. The room was well apointed and had a beautiful sea view. The location is exceptional, however, based on the price point, there a few moans. The guest internet was down from the Wednesday to the Sunday, with a standard, we will talk to our IT department, but with no change in the situation. If I had needed to work, it would have been a nightmare. A modern hotel needs to offer connectivity. This has cost me in additional roaming charges. Also charging 28 euros to move your car 3 meters, is more than a bit excessive."

"our room was nice enough, we paid for an upgraded room with a separate living room. It was nice and spacious as was the bathroom. The problem is mainly for dinner service they don't have enough staff. All we tried to do was get a pizza and it took an inordinate amount of time and we were really tired and hungry, eventually finally getting our pizza at about 940, eating at by 10 and going straight to bed afterward, which wasn't an enjoyable experience. they would only let you order à la carte pizza after dinner service any instance that you didn't want to do the full dinner and the restaurant - so after 8:30. I called and nobody answered, so I left a message to order pizza at 8:30. Nobody got the message so we had to walk over to the lobby and order it in the restaurant, and then we waited a very long time. It was not enjoyable. For breakfast the next morning, a lot of things were already gone from the buffet - they had a hard time keeping things replenished. (Much worse than the hotel that we had stayed at the night before for the same price, which also had a separate living room and bedroom/bathroom and was in a larger town and where the breakfast was plentiful, well-stocked and not picked over like this breakfast was.) The grounds are nice and the lake is beautiful and it's very calm and relaxing, but I wouldn't stay there again because I didn't feel like the value for my money was worth it, and it wasn't a luxurious experience because of the service level."

"Das Hotel ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet ein gutes Frühstück in einem sehr schönen Raum. Unser Standardzimmer war sehr klein und unter dem Dach und meines Erachtens dem Preis nicht angemessen. Außerdem lag es direkt neben dem Auzug, der beim Anfahren und Halten einen mörderischen Krach produziert, sodass wir davon geweckt wurden. So sind wir gegen Aufpreis in ein deutlich größeres Zimmer im hinteren Gebäude umgezogen. Dies war ein schöner Raum, aber leider waren auch hier die Betten hart."
