"Beautiful apartments in a great location! We had a wonderful stay at Theoxenia. The building is lovely and the aprtments are very spacious, clean and updated. Had everything we needed and very happy with the size and locale. Short 10 min. walk into main town of Frei. George and Anna Maria were wonderful! George was great with all of our communications beforehand. Everything was as expected and clear instructions. Anna Maria was lovely and so hospitable during our stay. Manoli was fantastic as well. He met us at the ferry and transported us to Theoxenia. He was very helpful and accomodating for transports and our tour around the island. Everyone was very attentive and helpful. We would stay again! This is part of Kasos Tours so don't forget to book tours, excursions and cooking demonstrations with them. We took a tour of the island with Manoli and then went to their Ktima/vineyard for cooking lessons with Maria and Anna Maria, a leisurely lunch and enjoyed their wine in the most beautiful setting. Thank you for an unforgettable stay on your lovely island!"

"The property was very new with great design. We loved swimming in the pool at night. Fotini, our host, was amazing. She helped us with a few items we needed. Very convenient location. Close to Arkasa and Finiki. Wi-Fi was really good also."

"Great property at a great location in beautiful Karpathos. The staff were very helpful and always nice to greet on the way to breakfast or dinner. They made our stay very special and we will back. In regard to areas to improve on the bathroom floor pools with excess water after a shower. Also, when you leave one room card in the power slot, it is confiscated and taken to reception where you have to ask for it back, instead of it being removed and left on the table next to it. That does not make sense and it's only a minor but bazaar topic. In either case, 5 out of 5 because of the staff!!"
