Limited dining. No wine in the restaurant. We left a little before 7am and there was no coffee,etc. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Beautiful property.

We love staying at Bangi Resort! The vibe is always so relaxed and peaceful, theres an awesome pool and gym and heaps of great dining options. The staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay and look after us so well. We love it, can't wait til the next visit!

Hotel in it's day would have been great, but listing as 5 star is further from the truth. It is in need of repair which is clearly visible with wall paper etc coming away from walls. The gardens are pretty but thaf was the only positive. The hotel is too far out of city to see or do anything. Food options are limited and as westerners were not catered for.

It’s a beautiful resort. The staff were very helpful. There were limited dining options available in August 2023 and they were overpriced. It is far from everything else so definitely need own transportation.

ホテルから歩いてはどこにも行けない。コンビニもレストランもグラブ利用必須です。 セキュリティーボックスが壊れていた。トイレのシャワーも壊れていた。フェイスタオルはありません。クーラーが強すぎて微調整ができない為風邪をひきました。シャワーを使うと洗面所が全て水浸しになる。朝食は美味しいけどベーコンやソーセージは日本人の口に合わないです。プールは広くて綺麗です。ダウンタウンまでグラブで片道1000円、30分かかります。

Stora, fräscha rum, härlig pool och toppenservice
Rummet var ganska nyrenoverat och var i mycket bra skick. Gott om utrymme och väldigt sköna sängar och sängkläder. Modernt och väldigt välfungerande badrum. Stor och härlig pool! Överlag väldigt bra nivå på servicen på hela hotellet. Härliga vidsträckta omgivningar med golfbanan runt omkring. Vi kommer garanterat tillbaka!

Property dining all closed until 7pm due to Ramadan. Westerners unable to order room service until 11pm. Pool got emptied after 3 days of us being there for maintenance. This hotel is overrated. Ran down, dirty, all restaurants closed. Coffee shop only open for 4hrs 12pm to 4pm. Shuttle bus non operational. Does not cater for tourists unless you are local. Extremely disappointing and our kids were not able to eat anything. Too far from KL over 45min drive. Loud every night from 7pm to 11pm due to hosting huge Ramadan dinners. Pool area is the only nice thing but when it was closed for maintenance we had no option but to check out 3 days earlier. Hotel not interested in refund or apology. We really felt singled out. Stay away people this hotel is hardly 3 stars. Never again

Spacious room and great service
This hotel has been around for a while, but the necessary parts, such as bathrooms, have benn updated, and the rooms are in good condition. I stayed in a family room, which was very spacious. Staff members were helpful and very friendly. The pool is big and very good. The WiFi was extremely reliable and fast - I worked thoughout my stay and had no problems with video meetings during the whole week! The only thing that was a bit disappointing was the breakfast buffet, which I felt was sub-par, perhaps they limited the options because of not having so many staying guests on that particular day. On the other hand, the food that I ordered via room service from the same restaurant was very delicious and reasonably priced. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!

宿泊の部屋は角部屋でしたが、エアーコンディショナーの外部設備の音がウルサく、少々気になりました。 不満はそれだけで、フロントデスクやルームキーパーはきちっと仕事をしてくれました。もう５年以上このホテルを使っていますが、スタッフのスキルが上がっている事が解ります。
