Everything is okay. The room is clean, friendly staff, surrounded by restaurants and cafes. A good bargain for people who look for budget stay.

I was booking a twin bedroom but they upgraded me to a queen bedroom with window as they said the twin bedroom under maintenance. The bathroom shower head holder is spoilt and can’t hold the height. Room also not in good maintenance. There is mold on the basin too. No hair dryer provided. Only the location is good. Not recommended and will not be back again.

Room condition

Good. The aircon was a bit noisy and perhaps not cold enough. Parking is still a bit of a problem. Although we did not use it this time, it was hard to see how to operate the in-room safe. We may need to use it to store our passports the next time.

7-8 times electricity in our room not functioning start from midnight until we check out the next day. After checking with receptionist, the main problem comes from the air conditioner in our room. Sadly they didn't suggest/offer us to change room since they need to wait technician to come. Definitely poor service.
