Kami sekeluarga menginap di E&O Residences Kuala Lumpur tgl 19-21 Juli 2015 dgn menempati tipe apartemen 2 kamar.Kondisi di dlm apartemen bagus dan nyaman,tetapi ada kekurangan di dlm layanan kamar.Kami meminta garam untuk berendam di bathub kepada operator,akan tetapi dari pihak hotel tidak bisa menyediakan garam tersebut dikarenakan tidak ada garam dipersediaan hotel.Menurut saya alasannya kurang tepat. Ada lg kekurangan dari pihak hotel,menurut saya kolam renang tidak dijaga kebersihannya dan jacuzzi juga tidak mengeluarkan air panas. Selebihnya apartemen ini sudah cukup bagus.Thx

It's frustrating that the room was promoted as having a king bed when it actually only had a queen bed. It's unclear what I'm paying for when I don't receive what was advertised. Additionally, being charged extra for additional towels and blankets seems excessive. Charging tourism tax during check-out instead of at check-in adds to the confusion. Overall, I'm disappointed with these unexpected charges and discrepancies in the room amenities. It's disappointing to see watermarks in the bathroom and bathtub. While it's nice to have a telephone in the room, it's frustrating when it's difficult to reach staff members by phone.

Overall location was good. The room itself was spacious and had plenty of amenities such as the washer and dryer. Only issue was the shower area - water didn't drain properly and the sealing probably needed to be redone as the sides were leaking after a shower.

A lovely residence in central KLCC location. A short walk from all the hustle and bustle. Only critique was that the Breakfast options were a bit limited (black tea and coffee only included) and only rich, savoury meal options which felt quite restrictive. Pool and gym facilities were great though. I really enjoyed my stay.

Ottima la struttura ma pessima la reception
Alla struttura non manca niente; è un appartamento vero e proprio, con tutti i servizi. E' tutto molto ben curato e pulito. E' inserito all'interno di un'ottima struttura, con accesso limitato e guardie all'ingresso. Presente una bella piscina. Per la colazione bisogna uscire dalla struttura e recarsi in un bar appena fuori ( solo due menù intercontinentali ). Dopo tutti i complimenti, ci tengo a segnalare la pessima comunicazione prima e dopo il soggiorno; difficilissimo organizzare il transfer dall'aeroporto, non ti rispondono! Contrattando ho dimezzato il costo ( vi sembra possibile?). Attenzione poi: ho prenotato una sistemazione per 5 persone; ho trovato solo due letti matrimonali; un apersona ha dovuto dormire sul divano!! Fatta contestazione ad Hotels: la risposta è stata che dovevo io richiedere letto aggiuntivo!!! Ma mi chiedo, se prenoto per 5 adulti, secondo te, quanti letti mi aspetto di trovare? Ho richiesto rimborso all'hotel del costo della quinta persona; neanche mi hanno risposto!! Insisto: pessima comunicazione e servizio

The property feel a bit run down compare to the condition before covid. But overall still a good stay. The breakfast is not worth the money though. There are many other options around the property so it will not be hard to find other options.

Excellent stay. Check in process (especially if you are driving in) was a breeze. Front gate staff gave clear instructions on where to go and what to expect during the process. Watch out though if you are coming in on a Friday. There’s a street food fair that takes some careful manoeuvring and patience on your part.

Nearby premises are not safe, are office and residential areas. The photo and the entity are very different, and the ornaments and paint lights do not match. The room was very damp and smelly, the toilet ceiling dripped brown water, and the water from the bath would be clogged. There are no wash basins or toilets in the entertainment hall and dining room on the first floor, and used cups cannot be washed. There are 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, one humid and one too hot. There are 2 rooms on the 3rd floor, both very hot, one of which we dare not use because there is a painting scripture (I don't understand the purpose) Benefits: TV and Netflix, a pool but old in need of repair, only one pool cue.

Please process my refund
The stay was a disaster. Turned on the air-conditioning when I checked in at 10 pm. When i got back from dinner at 1145 pm the room was still hot and stuffy. Called the front desk and a technician came shortly to check the aircon. He was puzzled but went into the switch room to do something. The room started to get cooler about 2 hours later. Bad and disturbed sleep as the room wasnt completely cooled. Couldn't use the internet because the WiFi was out the whole night. I also went down to inform the front desk that I will be checking out tomorrow after making a reservation at another hotel. I asked the front desk personnel to process a refund which he agreed but said he couldn't do it from his end. He said i should speak to hotels.com to process a refund.

部屋は広く綺麗だった。キッチンも広く冷蔵庫も大きい。お湯の使い方がわからず滞在経験のある人に聞き、お湯のスイッチを押してから使用出来た。私は使用しなかったが、プールもジムもジャグジーもあり充実している。タオル等の補充がまちまちだった。コンビニはすぐそばに韓国系のコンビニがあり、5分くらい歩けばファミリーマート、マクドナルド、小さなスーパーがあり便利。1番近いショッピングモール(パビリオン)には歩いて20分くらいで行け、その近くにドン・キホーテがあり日本食等も手に入れやすい。セキュリティがしっかりしていて安心して滞在出来た。

Very spacious property, courteous staff, prompt and helpful, location is wonderful too but the apt is old and needs some sprucing. there is no dishwasher and the no of utensils are very less for a large family. TVs are outdates and are not smart TVs to no point in having them.

The service and amenities was excellent. There was a very pervasive smell in the room though. Maybe it has not been aired out recently. Also they went through the house rules which felt a little extreme. Seemed very rigid.

Great location in the heart of Kuala Lumpur
Ignore the bad reviews, but be aware this is a residence not a hotel. Check in was flawless. Great location for accessing the local tourist attractions. Breakfast was a bit of a let down, small serving from a local cafe at the front of the premises. Not the usual buffet you might expect from a hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. The washing machine in our room tricked the power, staff attempted to fix and when they couldn't they transferred our washing to another machine and returned when washed. No room service available and no food or drink allowed at the pool.

Enjoyable apartment to stay
The apartment is spacious, clean and everything this good. Just the pillows are soft and the bed a bit sunken. Really enjoyed my stay.

Superb Family Stay
Beyond my expectation. Was fuss free stay. Whole family enjoyed. There is a nearby mart & cafe to enjoy.
