One thing to note before the following positive review; if internet access in the room is essential to you, be forewarned internet is only available in some rooms. But very clean and comfortable with stylish décor. Our deluxe double room had a big window with a panoramic city view. The receptionist who checked us in was friendly and helpful as were the cleaning staff. The location is very central for eating and shopping and convenient for public transport.

立地が良いので、2度目の利用でした。 今回の部屋は熱いお湯が出たので、ラッキーだった。 部屋は前より狭かった。 チェックアウトの時、デポジット返却をとぼけられたのが、残念でした。マネージャーはしっかりした人でしたので、スタッフの質にばらつきがあるようです。 皆さん、デポジット返してもらうの忘れないように！

中華街のど真ん中にあり、観光には最適。 そのかわり、少しざわついているが、周りには食べ物屋さんなどの お店も多く便利で、賑やかです。 古いホテルなので、設備は傷んでいるところも見受けられましたが、 私はあまり気になりませんでした。amenityは、シャンプーと石鹸のみ付いてました。 デラックスの部屋に泊まったのですが、広さも有り満足でした。 シャワーのお湯が出なくて、寒い時期に泊まったので、 風邪引かないよう昼間の気温の高い時間にシャワー浴びるようにしてました。これが、一番残念でした。

This hotel has a very good location on the Petaling market street close to all the sights and transport connections. It's only a 5 mins walk to Pudu station from where a bus takes you in 1 hour to KLIA airport. Very friendly staff.

Overall okay

Air conditioning is central therefore cannot adjust temperature in the room. Lights in the room can be replaced with brighter ones. Better if there are more English TV channels Free water dispenser in the lobby. Shower was good. No breakfast. Better if check in is at 1 pm. Receptionists good. Overall okay. No serious complaints.

Malaysia trip

First of all there was no way I could check-in early; there is no such of thing with them! The picture of the place is deceiving! I tried to tell the Front desk Attendant that we needed two beds; well the reservation I made said “Full bed or twin beds”; and they only had a full bed. When I tried to beg him to please get us twins; he just stated that I needed to wait until check-in time and if they had it, they had it if not then it was my choice (I blame this on me because I should have never booked it); I ended up going to China Town (2)!

Nichts für Hausstauballergiker (schlecht gewartete Lüftungsanlage). Falls man dort bucht, sollte man darauf achten, ein Zimmer mit Fenster zu buchen.
