The property is located in a very strategic place (KLCC), and it has a lot of restaurants all around. The staff was friendly & quick to respond to questions. I had a lovely stay & I’d highly recommend the facility.

My check-in time was 3:00 PM, and I arrived at the property around 6:00 PM. Since I had been very busy, I assumed the check-in instructions had already been sent to my email. When I made the booking, Expedia informed me that the check-in details would be provided within 24 hours before check-in. However, I never received them. I tried contacting both Expedia and the property host, but I couldn't get any assistance. Expedia's customer service was extremely disappointing. There were no proper contact numbers or email support available—only an unhelpful chatbot. As I had no way to access the property, I had no choice but to arrange alternative accommodation nearby. The host finally sent the check-in details at around 10:00 PM, nearly four hours after I had already booked another place to stay. I also submitted a request to Expedia for a full refund, but I have not received any response so far.
