The room had a few crumbs and dirt, but nothing unmanageable, especially for the price. Very central location and nice view. The gym and pool were often very busy but still alright. The elevator was a bit slow. I was worried after reading some of the reviews, but for the price this place was adequate. Very difficult to find the entrance but there’s always police around who are willing to help

Room had a breathtaking floor to ceiling view. The room looks great in the photos but disguised persistent noise from the giant generators underneath floor 9. Non stop - like being on a plane. Difficult to find the check in office despite a bombardment if messages, especially when dragging suitcases. Lifts constantly in use and looked really rundown, as did the entrance floor area. Breakages in the room. Shower door could t close due to shower head hanging too low. Everything was too much trouble for the desk staff. Premium rating was unlikely. There is an abundance of hotels in the area with rooftop pools and gyms etc. Shop around or inspect them first.

Nice room, no views, bad wifi, comms & elevators

Wifi wasn't good and strangely only worked on my phone and didn't show at all on laptop. Messaged them a few times about it and they didn't reply at all. .had other communication issues before check in too, language barrier and misunderstandings, not ideal. Elevators were terrible. 2 out of 4 working and they went straight past the floor often and didn't stop. Took a very long time to enter and exit
