Cozy room, comfy bed, modern interior, big shower, water pressure is good, toilet like in Japan with buttons, location is excellent, many restaurants nearby, recommended!
All is good except the parking. There are only 2 parking space for the entire hotel. The rest have to park at the public parking area. If stay on normal days, have to worry about paying the public parking charges per hour from 8am to 5pm, except weekend and public holiday.
Nous y avons passé qu'une seule nuit et tout était parfait sauf le manque d'insonorisation. On entendait les voisins de chambre cela ne nous a pas empêché de dormir :D réceptionnistes super sympas.
Tiny room on check in.nice stay after room changed
At check in we were given a tiny room with no room for even a small cabin bag, door to ensuite doesn't open fully blocked by the wash basin! Complained to the reception that we won't be able to stay in the same room for 5 nights. (Didn't ask for upgrade, just room change). The gentleman on that day was very helpful & moved us to another bigger room. No words about upgrade or added cost for the move. Next day a lady receptionist rang me to ask for extra $$ per night for the upgrade. I told her that we didn't asked for upgrade & that I'd like to speak with her manager. She hung up & we didn't hear back from her again. The male receptionist did the right thing (I'm certained he'd have consulted the manager before moving us). Commendable for his service. We have had a pleasant stay for the rest of the week. This is our 2nd/3rd time staying in this hotel. We like it for the cleanliness & good house keeping & convenient location.
To the hotel manager please thanks the Male receptionist for his call to action.(22/12/2018). The female receptionist who worked the next day should check the detail before ringing the guests asking for money!! Would be happy to pay for the upgrade if we were explained about the situation.
it was a good stay with comfortable bed and utilities. sadly the surrounding shops do not open till 10am. the only shop open is 7 eleven where you can get simple breakfast from or from the tanjung vista hotel opposite. overall a good stay for business
Nice and cheap hotels for family or friends. Would recommend to my friends if going there again. But the air conditioner in our room not cold enouh. We got sweat on the night 😂😂 . Please fix it.

The standard room is too small.
This is my second time stay at here. This time is given a very small room that dont even have space to open up my luggage. The staff told me this is the standard room size. It make me confuse that i booked the same room before at Expedia but was given different size of room.
wondeful hotel. staff always welling to help. keep up the good work. i was in there for only 2 days. could have been wonderful if i have stayed longer and cheaper.

It's like a motel.. Not hotel
Not worth money payed for.. Need to take prayer mat on our own. So funny.. Iron board and ironing at end of corridor.. Need to que.. Felt like in boarding school. ..no closet in room.. Hrmm.. Luckily only for overnight.. Wont take this hotel as first choice
Helpful staff, both cleaning and front desk. Handy location to Secret Recipe (wide variety, takes VISA) and coin laundry. A quick walk toward town gets you to the taxi stop, park, bus station, post office and department store. Just beyond is the large traditional market and jetty. Can't complain about the walk, because the hotel we stayed in in the Chinese district was often noisy, although close to the market.
