Awesome pools

Multiple pools - with a water slide! My teenage kids loved it. It is not a super water park, but they have a really nice pool / hot tub area and it is low-key but very nice. The staff was nice, the city area was nice - everything exceeded my expectations. We had a room that was like an attic room, and it had skylight type windows that we were able to open up and check out the area. I really likes this hotel. Also, the breakfast was good too.

40 mins plus to check in - staff Rude on reception, Not small dog friendly or happy about 2 extra kids (baby sitter ill and unable to have kids and dog) - when I have booked for 2 adults in a FAMILY ROOM for 4 with 4 beds ? £245 per night - two swimming pools inside but 1 closed - sauna and hot tub nice and RESTURANT FOOD & BAR Very good. RESTURANT staff very nice. Massage and wellness clean and very good treatments BEST MASSAGES for wife and mother in law!

Good, but could be better

Almost everything includes nuts on their menu. If your family member has tree nut allergies you wont be able to dine here. The shower cabin is a bit small. I kept accidently hitting the water mixing valve and shutting it off. First hotel where fridge wasn't stocked with anything. No water, no beer etc. Hated the elevator. It appears like there is only two elevators for the entire complex. One services floors 1-4, the other 1-5. Both are very slow because guests take them to the pool area, which means waiting significantly longer in the lobby. The restaurant staff also uses this elevator to move food to the guest rooms. I would have expected them to use service elevators instead.

Leider finde ich der Preis, den Umständen entsprechend zu hoch. Innenpool wird derzeit renoviert, bzw. umgebaut - keine Information diesbezüglich.Die Freude auf Entspannung ist schnell vergangen. Außerdem war kalt und nicht nur im Poolbereich, sondern auch am Gang, im Foyer und leider auch im Restaurant. Deswegen Punkten Abzug. Der Abstand zwischen dem Bett und Wand beträgt circa 40 cm, also aufstehen in der Nacht aus dem Bett kann gefährlich sein. Personal , Sauberkeit 1A!
