"We truly cannot wait until we have another opportunity to stay here! Staff was exceptional in attentiveness and kindness. Beds were so comfortable. Room was clean and quiet. Location couldn't better for walking, dining, shopping, people watching. Property condition will be even better after all updates to the property are completed. Our only very small request would be to keep the hot tub open beyond 10pm for adults. Even 11pm would have been nice. :)"

Come to Seattle quite a bit and this is the first time staying at the Hyatt on Olive- it will not be our last! "I started my search for hotels on Tik Tok and narrowed it to about 3. It ultimately came down to location. This was a 6 minute walk to Pile Place Market, the waterfront and the ferry to Bainbridge island, and short drive to the Space Needle. Customer service was great my room ready when I arrived around 11 am, I thought I was just going to leave my bags and get my day started until check in. I was on the 10th floor with beautiful views of the water and the Ferris wheel. Nice spacious and clean...

"Staff was courteous and professional, especially the housekeepers. We had a corner suite which was very roomy and comfortable but some signs of wear and tear. Great location right next to Convention Center. Biggest gripe is only one of the two elevators was working, with no service elevator. So that could be the most heavily used elevator in the state of Washington, and the wait to go up/down could be extensive."

"The view of the space needle from our room was beautiful. The room was spacious and clean. The staff and server at the restaurant were helpful and friendly. There were enough choices for breakfast. The airconditioning in our room was loud and ran every few minutes, although we did not check the setting. Using the elevator seemed confusing to most guests, thankfully we’re familiar with it but it would be nice if it’s explained better to new customers."
