"Excellent place to stay in KL: great view, superb amenities, central location, etc. We stayed at floor 109 and had excellent view of the city from the bedroom and bathroom. Got upgraded to corner king room which was very very spacious, with separate foyer, bathroom area, storage area had ironing board, safety box, dyson hair dryer. Enough space on the living room to do work from the desk, and do yoga while facing the sky high view of the city. Felt unreal when you first stepped into the room....

"This hotel is a true hidden gem in Chinatown, Kuala Lumpur. It has an absolutely lovely lounge area on the 2nd floor, with a microwave, dishes, and hot water available. There is also a rooftop terrace on the 5th floor where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of Kuala Lumpur. Would’ve been great to have it explicitly stated somewhere that you’d be in a tiny room where the kitchen, living space, etc are all common shared with at least two other rooms. Yes, it says “separate sitting area” but not “shared”. We were woken up by people coming into the main room, slamming the door, and loudly chatting, I guess they thought no one else was around. "Property is in an excellent location, and rooftop pool is lovely. Has excellent views of the city and lovely for sunset. Very secure building. The apartment was OK, very dated compared to pictures and in need of several repairs but was OK for a couple of nights."

"Check in was advertised as from 2pm but our room was not ready till 2.45pm. We were told breakfast was not included but I checked with my Expedia booking and found that it was. They immediately agreed that it was when I showed them my booking. Room as advertised as a studio but it had no sofa or armchair and was much too small to be described as such. A third of the room was taken up by a bath."

"Location was a little out of the way using local transport and while not expensive I have had better in Kuala Lumpur.The Breakfast left a lot to be desired.If I ever return to Malaysia I will stick to local food at a Hawker Stall if one exists in the mornings.I liked the Gym but wish there was like an anytime Fitness nearby(I am a Member in Australia)as an alternative.Safety otherwise was decent."

"WhatsApp is needed for communications. The property was great only issue i had was a few days into our stay the power went out with a notice on the door, but was quickly resolved within minutes of contacting the host. Will book again and recommend to others."
