When I say above and beyond, I mean that in every sense. From day one, he’s had our business—not because he asked for it, but because he earned it through consistency, respect, and real leadership. You can feel it the moment you walk in. His entire team moves with purpose, like a championship squad. It honestly reminds me of those old-school Chicago Bulls and Lakers teams under Phil Jackson—everyone in sync, everyone playing their role, and the leader setting the tone without needing to say much. That kind of leadership is rare. He doesn’t just run a business—he builds relationships. And because of that, Snowden, LLC will continue to bring business here without hesitation.
