"Room was clean and comfortable. Staff very warm, polite, helpful and informative. I love the location not crowded. My kid was confidently walk in the neighborhood unlike other places. There is a near playground for kids. I think the Donki in Kamata is more cheaper than the other places. Those who love affordable but stylish coats, there is 3 blocks away from the hotel. My husband bought a lot of coats, and suits in a very cheap price. "

"Our stay at Hilton Tokyo Bay was great. The hotel is always clean, and all the staff are very helpful, organized, and speak fluent English, which made everything so easy. The room was spacious, and the amenities—like toothbrushes, pajamas, and more—were really convenient. Transportation is also a big plus. The limousine bus to Narita or Haneda stops right outside the hotel, and there’s a shuttle to Bayside Station where you can go directly to both Disneyland and DisneySea. The only downside for me was the laundry machines. It costs 200 yen for 15 minutes, but drying took more than 2 hours, which ended up being expensive and inconvenient. Overall, it’s a great hotel with fantastic service and location—just be prepared if you need to do laundry. "

Hotel staff; Very helpful, they are there to help you with anything you need. Easy to get information. Disney; One bus ride away from Disney Sea and Disneyland. The bus ride is about 15-20 minutes with 2 stops. Can be hectic as the buses fill up fast during rush hours. Early entrance into Tokyo Disneyland is very convenient, but still recommend showing up early as you need to go through security and wait until the park opens. "

"The exterior of the hotel looks great but the room is still ok. Interior design is a bit old especially the toilet. However room is still relatively clean. Price is reasonable and location is not too far from the omori jr station. There are several shopping centers around and many convenience shops nearby. The playground near the hotel has beautiful gingko trees! Great for Autumn time."
