Kwan Im Thong Hood Cho Temple

The staff was great but the restaurant in the hotel was just OK compared to all the places to eat nearby. Holiday Inn needs to step up their game. The room for 3 was too small. It included a twin and a double bed. There was ants in the room and the pillows smelled of feathery sweat.

Not quite kempinski standard.

Hotel was good, great location and easy to get around. However, for the price of the hotel, service was lacking - long check in wait due to lack of staff at front desks and concierge desk failed to order our taxi which we’d booked to take us to the airport.
