"Small but clean property . Staffs are friendly . Location is in busy area and there are vehicle spare parts shop around however just within 3 minutes walking lots of restaurants can be found . Overall good to stay with family."

"The hotel behind Saifee Hospital. A side entrance a bit difficult to locate. No elevators..one has to climb 2sets of stairs/2x21=42 straight steps!!! Few rooms smelled high humidity.. the whole inside walls was tiled with what looks like rcream bricks and outline done with green marble. Positive: Great location near shops, train station, walkable to Central Mumbai area, good big bed deluxe big room, clean. Negative: They don't provide toilet paper ! noisy employees all night in the corridor...

"Der Rezeptionist hat zuerst unsere Buchung nicht gefunden, hat ca. eine Stunde gedauert bis wir in einem schmutzigen Zimmer gehen dürften. Der Tag danach wurde unser Zimmer mit einem "Besseren" ausgetauscht, aber das war schon gar nicht besser. Sehr laut, schmutzig und nie wieder."

"Good location for exploring South Mumbai. Even though shower & toilet facilities are separate, they are clean with good water pressure in showers & hot water. Rooms are spacious and have tv. There is a cook who makes a good cup of chai. WiFi needs a new code every day and does not always work."

"Stayed there with family and kids. We were not expecting much from this hotel as we were only there to sleep... Sheets were stained, beds are OK if you are 4ft tall. The main problem for us was with the frontdesk staff blasting music over their phone speaker until 3:30 AM, we had to politely ask them if they could use their earphones at least 6 times but they did not seem to see the problem....anyhow if you are looking for a hotel to stay in this area the comfort inn is slightly more expensive...

"This Hotel does not honour the booking done through Hotels.com. In my case it was a confirmed booking and they simply refused that they didn’t have any such booking. I was appalled. I have sent the details to Hotels.com also."

"Extended my stay here and stayed for 17 nights in total, and booked 2 Executive rooms. Amazing staff....from the entrance to the hotel by the security guards and welcoming Indian dressed greeter to the reception staff to the catering staff to the house cleaning staff (especially Rashuvir), they were ALL absolutely fabulous. Even the breakfast chef would prepare my special cooked sausages perfectly (and he remembered this everyday without fail!). Any request was perfectly executed and relayed...
