"The restaurant at the first floor was so delicious. Both the free breakfast buffet and the paid for dinner were fulfilling! The staff was very helpful and friendly, hailing me a taxi with an English speaking driver. We had a wonderful conversation! The staff also properly stored my luggage while I went to the museums within the area."

"スタッフの方の対応も丁寧ですし、部屋も清潔で申し分ありません。 広い大浴場では、入浴中だれも来なかったので一人で満喫させていただきました。 夜、レストランではステーキの増量のサービスがあり利用させていただきました。 お肉は美味しいのですが、少しスジが多かった感じでした。あと赤ワインの小さいビンをいただきましたが、冷たい状態だったのがちょっと残念でした。給仕されている方々の対応は大変良かったです。 提携の駐車場はかなり大きいのですが、土曜日だったせいか、夕方に着いた時には既にかなり埋まっていたので、夜遅い時間だと満車になっていたかもしれません。"

"チェックインからの対応はとても良いです。館内は回廊のようになっていますが、中居さんが説明をしてくれながら部屋まで案内してくれます。 温泉はトロトロのお湯でとても気持ち良かった。会席料理もどれも美味しく満足できました。　 部屋もお風呂もどこも清潔で気持ち良く過ごせます。 平日の宿泊だったのでとてもゆっくりできましたが、繁忙期だと状況も違うかもしれません。また来てみたい宿のひとつです。"

"ホテル花巻、紅葉館と３階の連絡通路で繋がっているので、３館の温泉を楽しめるのがいいです。ただし結構距離はあると思います。夕食、朝食共にビュッフェスタイルですが、夕食は品数も多くて和洋中あり、満足でした。朝食はルートインなどのビジネスホテルと大差ない内容です(違いはオムレツを作ってくれるのと、かに雑炊とアイスがあるくらいで、おかずはむしろ少ないと思います)。"
