"I am really upset with your booking. My hotel was paid for 4 nights, got there at 12 midnight and i was informed, i didnt have a booking. Can you imagine how i felt after 8 hours driving?? NO BOOKING. I was told by the receptionist that expedia and booking dot com are notorious for stuffing up the bookings. Please refund my money. I WILL NEVER USE Expedia AGAIN!! "

The room is not clean at all with worn out blankets and pullovers. The set of towels given were worn out and of poor quality. Almost to the extent of being thrown out.
