"We stayed at the Kings Head last weekend and had a lovely time. The pub itself is gorgeous, decorated beautifully, it is cosy and inviting and located in a lovely spot by the stream.Although the actual car park itself was small this was no problem as we parked literally a couple of minutes away on the lane, perfect as it allowed the opportunity to see a tiny red squirrel busy in a nearby tree. "I have used this hotel four times this last year as a stopover for trips from south Devon to Scotland and overall have been pleased with the facilities and service provided. Meals have been excellent and the rooms comfortable and clean. My only concern has been with the service in the dining room: the staff are all delightfully friendly and welcoming but on each of my visits service has been very slow - it took 40 minutes last night for drinks we’d ordered to arrive and our meals a further 10....
