Kuningan hotel guide. Best Western hotel in Kuningan, Jakarta

Having travelled to over 10 countries, Raffles Jakarta was easily the best hotel I have stayed in. The hotel itself was spacious and well designed. The highlight was how friendly and helpful the staff were. They went beyond the usual pleasantries and actually wanted to have proper conversations, showing genuine interest. Would happily return the next time I am in Jakarta.

This is a very nice hotel Room are big and the what ever you want is enough Good for family It’s great The breakfast is marvelous Simply it’s very very good

I am quite satisfied with the hotel. I would love to recommend it to anyone.

Big spacious room and overall good hotel and service. Excellent breakfast. Location is close to Ciputra World which has a mall but need to take a cab ride and thus not convenient.

The staff and room were all good. Nice breakfast in the morning near swimming pool. Perfect location near Mega Kuningan and central business area. Lotte shopping centre was a walking distance for those of you who like to walk and explore. Spa service was also a nice addition to refresh your body and mind. They also had a massage room for couple. Free in-room WiFi was fast and signal was strong. TV in the suite was big and had plenty of premium channels. Will be back for sure. Keep it up!

Very excellent related to its room and other facilities.

Stayed and the Grove Suites for one night only (business trip). Booked this hotel as it looked good for the price. But what a surprise, it was a excellent room, large, well equipped and very comfortable. Did not use the hotel as a base in Jakarta, so cannot comment about the location, but as its close to other hotels, it should be fine. Definitely recommend this hotel based on the room

I checked in, just out of my curiosity. The stay was not as amazing as I expected. Overall it is good. The roof top was cozy and relaxing..felt I was out of Jakarta

Would definitely use again or recommend very large space all you might need
