"We stayed for one night and kept our luggages at the concierge since we only bring cabin luggages to our 3 days Osaka trip. We specifically asked for the luggages to be delivered to our room when we return back and would stay for another 6 nights. They didn’t do that and acted like nothing happened. The location is only close to oedo mrt train. The rest of the mrt trains is 800 meters away but you can go by Shiodome underpass. "The hotel service was unfriendly. They dont allow early check in, even when the rooms are ready. They only accept check in time at 3pm, so at that time everyone that has been waiting at the lobby,, all have to queue again to get the key. Which is very unefficient. And i have request for a late check out, an extention of only 1 hour from check out time which is 12pm because my son was not feeling well and want to rest before our bus to the airport at 13pm. Even that, they dont allow. So...

"Exceeded my expectations. Overall hotel experience was excellent. Nice calm ambience. Busy but quiet and orderly. Great service from the whole team. The lounge area was inviting and there was a complimentary coffee and tea station as well as quality snacks. The room was small but well designed, new and clean. "とても綺麗なホテルでした。
建物地下の駐車場も入りやすく、広さにも余裕があり停めやすかったです。
エントランスやロビーは高級感があり、自動チ ェックイン機への誘導もスムーズで良かったです。ここで駐車場利用を申し出ると駐車割引チケット？が発行されます。
ダブルのお部屋でしたが、思ったよりも広さもあり窮屈ではなかったですし、ガラス張りのバスルームなどもお洒落で娘に喜んでもらえました。
室内にバスタブはありませんが、併設の温泉が目的でもあったため問題なし。温泉は最高でした。割引もされるし、一晩で何回入っても良いそうです。（以前お台場にあった大江戸温泉ととても泉質が似ていると思いました。茶色くて、塩分強くて、温泉が濃い感じ。）
某航空会社の機長さんたちもお見かけしたので、クオリティはお墨付きですね。"
