"クーラーが効かない。家の中にいるのにみんな汗をかいていました。フィルターを見ると全室のクーラーに埃が大量に溜まっていた。お金を払って泊まりに来ているのにフィルターの掃除をしました。清掃が入っていると書いていたが玄関外も掃き掃除本当にしたの？と疑うレベルでした。清潔感が全くなく、カーテンや窓際には近づきたくないし床にも座りたくなかったです。エアコンのフィルターをみて不信感しかなくベットに入るのも嫌で数名は車中泊をしました。サイトでは厳しくルールが書かれていたのできっちりされている方なのかなと思っていましたが、ぜひ改め直していただきたいです。少しでも潔癖かも？と思う方は再検討をお勧めします。 "

"The property is well equipped & clean. The sauna provides relaxing moment in modern style. Excellent! We just left the bathtub which is open in the middle of the Villa as we were a group of 4. "I thought I paid for the breakfast 🤔. Staff behind the desk were so, so ,so professional. Plenty of places to eat. The hotel is in one of those covered streets. Convenience 7/11 a few shops away & the metro a 3 minute walk. Would definitely stay here again & recommend it 100%. Rooms not huge, but we know that about Japan. But as usual, spotlessly clean."
