The property was in a great location, next to conveniences store and the ATM, the cleanliness was not as impressive as what I was expected as there are some stans on a specific area. Rather then that everything else was great, the staffs are really friendly and helpful.

Staff was great, but the villa was in desperate need of a through cleaning, painting and upkeep. They are doing the bare minimum to get by.

Nothing around hotel, tried ringing reception, security and restaurant to get assistance and no one answering, had to walk down to reception to get towels.

I jave a family of five so finding 1 place we can all stay together is a challenge. This place had 2 king beds and 2 doubles, i think a few of the couches pull out too. Its 3 levels with full kitchen and dining area, living room and more on the first level. second level had 3 bedrooms each with full bathroom and a bonus area. The third floor had a couch and 2 balconies. There is a private garage at each appartment. Staff was helpful and spoke good english. The restaurant had good food also. We stayed at many places on our trip to Bali as we like to see everything we can. This was by far the nicest accommodations we had.

The villa was very disappointing was nothing like the photos at all there wore planks of wood around the pool that wore lifting up and very unstable where my 2 year old niece keeped falling over. The main pool villa pool was very dirty and slimy When leaving the villa the stuff members wore very interrogating when we wore leaving The breakfast menu was very average and not very much to choose from waited like an hour for food to be sent to Are room and wasn’t the best

The front desk people weren't nice at all. The hotel is for 9 people, according to hotels.com, but she said only for 6 and I have to pay extra for 9 people.

spacious but need better hygiene
room is really spacious and comfy. has 3 storeys and tiny pool accompany with 5 toilets. air con is old and not very cool enough. view is nice at rooftop, you can see part of waterbom, most staffs are nice breakfast is al carte not buffet... you can choose to eat in room. beds are very big but some curtains and sofa are dirty....no slippers and mini bar electricity is rather unstable......sometimes the room is out of electricity at night.....need to call the staff to fix it and the room turns very hot.......few small restaurants nearby, not near the centre of the city....hardly walk to major spots as there is only roads for cars outside and roads are very dark and narrow, seem to be dangerous while walking at night. taking taxi from major malls in kuta like discovery, lippo, beachwalk takes 10-20 minutes as usually traffic jam.....and charge 30k once as minimum charge here even blue bird taxi, but actually meter show 10k only....

Worth to stay for a relax trip.
Worth for stay if you wanted to stay in a villa. But if you are more interested in shopping don't recommend to stay here. As the location is not good. Overall everything is fine.

満足でした。
思ってたよりかなりお部屋は広くって満足でした。私たちは4人だったけど２人とかだと広すぎてしまう。 玄関付近にアリが行列していたけど気になるもんではないです。 シャワーは他の部屋でも使ってたせいか少し冷たい時もあった 朝ごはんは選べたけどまぁまぁな味だった。長期滞在するなら飽きそう。 ホテルから海やショッピング街まで歩いてみたら3０分くらいかかった。 いい道とは言えない。 ホテル付近には何もない。

The villa's great for families (3 bedrooms & pool). However, the distance to Kuta beach is rather far. We had a driver and it seems it takes about 10mins to drive from the Discovery Mall to the residence. I am guessing that on foot it would be a distance. The breakfast was OK and there is a convenience shop just outside the residence.

looks impressive but...
Awful stay ever in Bali. Not recommended for a leisure trip. Very low maintenance apartment : rain enters, no coffee refills, one of the air-conditioner buzzes at night and no one follows up. We will never come back again.

Great place for a family get together
Visited with family , the bungalows are huge but its almost a 15 minutes walk to the beach !! The pools are small but the staff is very friendly and very helpful.

房間很大，住十人也可，私人泳池不錯，但消毒藥水氣味濃郁，但部份傢俱破爛，房間清潔度尚可。鄰近kuta square, 步行二十分鐘左右，但可借冇行人路，大多數時間與車同行，晚上較危險。

Großes Appartment-Service gut-Möbel sind eckelig !
Der Service ist gut. die Angestellten sind der englischen Sprache mächtig, was leider nicht überall selbstverständlich ist. Das Check-In / Out verlief ohne Probleme. Die Residenz scheint sehr gut gesichert zu sein, da es nur einen Eingang hat und mit Securites bewacht wird. Es gibt einen All u can Buffet mit Amerikanischen und/oder indonischen Frühstück. Die Appartments sind einfach nur riesig ! Ein große Manko sind die Polstermöbel, was für viele Leute einfach nur eckelig ist. Es sind undefinierbare Flecken an den Polstern zu sehen. Handtücher UND Bettbezug waren NICHT sauber. Hier waren ebenfalls Flecken zu sehen. Jedoch wurden ohne Anstand die Handtücher und das Bettbezug vom Servicepersonal ausgetauscht. An manchen Stellen hat sich leider schon Schimmel. Die Lokation ist leider nicht das Beste. Ein Fußmarsch zum Discovery Mall dauert ca. 15min. Hier empfiehlt es sich direkt ein Taxi zu holen. Was ebenfalls aufzufallen war ist, dass das "Kuta Ardenia Residence" von sogut wie keinem Taxi-Fahrer bekannt war. Hierbei ist auch zu empfehlen die Adresse von der Residence parat zu haben.

Good 10-15 min walk to get to Kuta beach
Overall, it's a nice place. Its clean and spacious. We were in number 15 with the pool, near the front, which I thought may have had a road noise issue but I was completely wrong. Saying that the timer for the fountain needs adjusting as it runs ALL night and is so loud. The staff are really polite and the little shop next to the foyer has everything you might need. The lady serving in there is a real asset so cheerful and friendly asking the kids what they got up to each day when they popped in. The breakfast was very disappointing though. Its not buffet style and what they serve you does not set you up for the day. We had the american breakfast but an american (think large portions) is certainly not! No baked beans or hash browns as advertised, we got several hot chips (fries) instead but thats a contradiction in terms as they were anything but hot. One slice of tomato and a chipolata sausage cut into three. I think they used one small mushroom between the 6 of us, very thinly sliced. The toast was almost cold when it arrived. Coffee and tea were fine as were the assorted fruit juices but have them without ice as the are much tastier. We wanted to walk around, not do taxis so being a stones throw from waterbom we thought was ideal but you had to walk along the roadside and through what looks like a derelict street (next to bubba gump) to get to kuta main street which is not for the faint hearted or people with younger kids....But our teenagers revelled in it.

The villas are large and air conditioned. Fabulous dip pools in the garden, excellent security. You feel safe. The staff were kind and helpful. It's a bit out the way from Kuta but only a £2.50 taxi ride. Always agree your fair before going anywhere. The bali people are very nice and will chat away with you. The breakfast is well presented, expect local food, not English breakfast. The pool on the complex is nice and relaxing. Keep all valuables in the safe

Good for big group
We are having a wedding in Bali and Kuta Ardenia Residence is a good place to to settle big groups of relatives and friends with reasonable budget. The room is big, decent and clean. The only issue for the hotel room is low water pressure. For the location, it is not in central of Kuta area and nothing much surrounding the hotel. But you can still call taxi in reasonable price to heading to Kuta beach around 10 mins. Overall, all my relatives are satisfly the stay in this hotel
