Hotel yang menyenangkan
The Rani merupakan hotel yang "nyaman".. ditengah jantung kota bali yaitu kuta, tidak terlalu berisik, dekat dengan hiburan malam khas kuta bali. Secara design ini merupakan hotel lama, design kamar yang biasa saja tidak terlalu modern namun sudah tv lcd. Kebetulan juga kmrn ac kamar bocor.. but that is not a big deal... Kebetulan saya memang pilih kamar yg pool access.. bangun tidur langsung nyemplung.. dan disini suasananya seperti losmen.. nyaman.. tenang.. dan breakfast nya juga lumayan enak..

Stayed at the hotel a few times now, but only for short stays. it is good value for money andwell placed, short walk into Kuta. Good breakfast Parking is limited if you are using a car

We were looking for a quiet break. We achieved that. This Hotel is well located with a number of outlets within 5 minutes waking. Service from staff and team was absolutely outstanding, very happy with the pool. Only real downside was the mattress in the room. Apart from this, everything would have been excellent.

The desk staff were very helpful and allowed us in the room early. The pool was great the water soft and nice shade for sitting. For a low cost hotel it was great value for money, with a comfortable bed and large bathroom.

The staff and management are fantastic. However, the property is not like the photos they have on Expedia or anywhere else. The property is in need of an update and more maintenance as it is looking very tired and unkept. The pool area is very disappointing. The manager was very obliging however in giving me an upgrade to their sister hotel Bali Rani for a reasonable cost which was 100 times better.

Rani Hotel and Spa was comfortable and clean, staff were friendly and accommodating. Conveniently located to the airport and shopping Rani is well priced and a restfull stay. Would definitely stay there again.

The property is great if you are on a tight budget and not wanting to spend big bucks. Pool is a decent size for a boutique hotel. Staff are very helpful and friendly with perfect English.

The Staff are always all cheerful and provide great service.Mr Agus on reception was brilliant and very helpful during our stay. The rooms are overdue for some refurbishment and the bath tubs should be removed and showers etc upgraded.Very nice breakfast.

The atmosphere was excellent no noise place to relax what i didn't like the cleaning of the rooms not good bit disappointed..especially dusting pedals and floor

Det fanns väldigt dåligt nätverk, vattnet var jätte svag på kranen knappt kunde man duscha har hänt fanns inga vatten alls, Personalen var bra och trevliga, Frukosten var så där inte så bra och var begränsad man hade inte mycket val.

空港近く&格安送迎サービス有り、チェックイン24時間対応、便利な立地、おススメのホテルです!
1/6 深夜便にて帰国の為の利用でした。 当日朝まで宿泊していたホテルも良いホテルでしたが、フロントが24時間ではなかった為、空港に近く送迎サービスを利用できる事、チェックインが24時間出来る事から利用しました。(一人50,000IDR) 送迎は、22時迄の利用でしたが、チェックイン時にフライトの時間を伝えると、何時に利用したいのか？と聞いていただけ、23時にホテルを出発したいと伝えると、分かったと。 まさか利用時間を過ぎてはお願いできないと思っており、出来るだけ22時に近い時間にしてもらうつもりだったので、とても嬉しかったです。 お部屋も広く清潔で、バスルームもバスタブが使え、最終日の疲れを取ることが出来ました。 プール用のバスタオルもクローゼットの中に用意がありました。 残念ながらプールの利用はしていませんが、 こじんまりとした、きれいなプールでした。 近くには徒歩5分かからない距離にリッポーモールがあり、ランチをフードコートでいただきました。 フートマートが入っており、お土産物も食品も購入出来ます。 エリップスのボトルは、クタのマタハリデパート横(奥？)にあるフードマートの方が安かったです。 また、バリハイビールはなく、ビンタンのみでした。(カールスバーグやサンミゲル等はあります) 次回は長く滞在したいと思いました。

Nothing nice to say! get there and can't us pool as it was green and told we can walk to sister hotel Bali Rani - that would be great but what about when you get back you are just as hot! Every time to you in and our of room the keyless entry fails, the safe had to be replaced, air conditioner broke, the shower head didn't work and we got it replaced and still didn't work, Mosquitos really bad in the room! Never stay there again, most disliked hotel in Bali ever!!

Hotel is very tired and needs some repairs and upgrades but otherwise clean. Hotel staff too polite with guests ignoring pool times and allowing after hours use. Several times during our stay partying in, and at pool was still going after 3am and nothing was done to stop it, disturbing for other guests as all rooms open on to the pool area.

The WiFi in the room doesn’t work and the bed is hard to sleep. When I called to get extra pillow they said they ran out of the pillow.... really....😒😒😒

Great stay
Great location close to waterbom and discovery. Great staff and rooms clean and comfy. Some repairs needed to showers but all on all had a great stay.
