"Arrived at hotel and was double charged for booking (by Expedia and front office staff) at checkin. Staff/Manager apologetic and refund the difference in cash.Was initially given a car park view room with balcony over a smoking area and cigarette smell coming up from below. Was promptly given a new room overlooking the river. Excellent hotel and facilities, staff friendly and everything clean. No USB outlet in room."

"Das Hotel haben wir schon öfter besucht. Perfekt für uns als Familie ist immer eine Familien-Suit mit 2 Schlafzimmern. Ins Zentrum kommt man in ca. 10 Min. zu Fuss. Frühstück in Buffettform ausreichend (regionale Zutaten)."
