"The apartment was lovely, despite a few minor details. I would highly recommend it as a holiday venue, as it is right on the beach, and easily reachable by road from anywhere in the city. The amenities in the apartment are very good, clean, and well-maintained for a self-catering stay. The reception ladies were very warm and welcoming; it was like coming home. "Very aged facilities. The staff lack communication skills and literally grunt at requests. A beautiful steak for dinner was somehow botched. How much salt does a chef need to butcher a good piece of beef??? No thanks. This place will not see me again."

"A nice enough hotel with efficient check in and safe parking. We had a blocked drain which was dealt with immediately and without fuss. Service in the bar was very slow and staff there didn't seem very interested. The pool could maybe do with a little clean."

"Shower was like warm. Lots of noise. Both from outside and neighbours (they weren't loud, but the walls were paper thin). I didn't like that you had to leave a R1000 deposit. Lock on balcony door broken, and the rest of the flat wasn't in amazing condition."
