The staff was helpful and very friendly. The hotel is a little dated but well maintained. The food and service in the restaurant are excellent are reasonably priced! I recommend staying here

It’s old property was probably built during the Stalin era. The location is great being right on shopping area. Metro is close and although much is a furniture should be remodeled. It does bring you back in time as you walk through the hotel lights are off during the day and kind of dark hallways.

This hotel is a relic from the Cold War but with some updates. It is not fancy but good basic lodging with a large buffet breakfast, reasonable rates, and a great location. I have stayed here before and will stay here again.

Big issues with the warm water !

Even tho its quite known hotel and central , the badrums are in terrible condition aswell as the water temperature is so low undependently if its hot or cold. I was unable to take a relaxing shower !

Excellent place to stay in Kyiv.

Ukraine hotel location is excellent. I couldn’t ask a better location. Friendly nice staff and breakfast was delicious and various items. I have no complaints but I think the amount of rate they charge they need to upgrade/ modernisation. Furnitures are back dated but still okay but they need urgent attention to upgrade Bathroom/toilet. I would stay here again because of excellent location and fairly nice front office staff.

The best thing about the hotel is it's location. All the main attractions are within walking distance. The staff were excellent, no issues there. now to the bad stuff. The Food, Breakfast was included but was more often than not cold, even the hot food. Unless you got there within the first 30 minutes. the Hotel is very dated , great if you like 70 and 80s Soviet chic. The fridge didn't work they have a real phobia around fire risk. apparently hairdryers and TV's are OK but not a fridge. Only other thing was there were 4 days around the middle of my stay with no maid service at all. Otherwise great location and great staff. it's OK but it will be a last resort if I stay there again.
