Tiene lo basico. Sin ningun tipo de lujos. Edificio antiguo, tipo Valencia/Sevilla años 80. Muy centrico. Hay de todo cerca. Bien comunicado. Fui a ciegas, no vi fotos del piso (2 habitaciones).

Enttäuschung.

Lage ist sehr zentral! Appartement geputzt, aber noch nicht gut. Matratzen sind alt und hart. Küchenutensilien gleich 0 !Eine verästelte Bratpfanne und ein abgenütztes Kochtopf. Wir waren 4, aber wir hatten 2 Gabel und 2 Löffel und so kann es nicht gut gehen! Alles hat gefehlt!!Für der Preis ( ca60 Euro pro Nacht) , erwartet man schon was!!!!!

CHECK LOCATION - Basic no-thrills affordable stay

CHECK LOCATION. Make sure when booking you understand where the actual apartment is located. The hotels.com location/address is for the office and NOT the apartment, some apartments are across the street, some are 5km away (so not in close proximity to main tourist areas). The apartment I stayed in was across the road from the office (15a - flat 11, 2nd floor, no lift). You get what you pay for, it is affordable but it is a basic no thrills apartment. The location for this apartment is great and very convenient as centrally located. WiFi worked well.

The location is superb - central, across the square from St.Sophia cathedral. The property is not at all like the picture posted in the ad, but the staff is friendly and helpful. We stayed at the apartment in October and the central heating was not yet on, which means the apartment was cold and the little heater provided by the property management did not help much with that. The hot water is a problem. It runs very hot, then suddenly turns cold (depending who else is using the hot water in the building), impossible to adjust and stay adjusted to the right temperature. The cleanliness leaves much to be desire: filthy floors, towels with some suspicious stains on them. The price is adequate based on superb location, but I would not stay at this place again.

Worst hotel experience of my life.

This may well be the worst hotel I have ever had the misfortune of staying in. The rooms were absolutely filthy; the kitchen seemed genuinely unhygienic, the bathroom was caked in grime and mold, and we found a used condom coated in fecal matter near the shower. There was no toilet paper in the room; we had to go buy it ourselves. The lightbulbs in the kitchen were mostly burned out and the one remaining light in the room was extremely dull; making the kitchen almost unusable. The beds in our two-bedroom apartment were some of the least comfortable beds either of us had ever encountered. Neither of us were able to sleep properly the entire time of our stay. We didn't have a proper check-in or check-out; the staff just gave us a key when we arrived and instructed us to leave the key under the doormat when we left. The hotel staff that we did encounter did not speak English or Ukrainian, making it almost impossible to communicate with them. I understand this is not meant to be a glamourous or luxurious hotel, however the rest of our trip in Ukraine we spent similar amounts of money on lodging, with considerably better results. And they at least were hygienic. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

I never got to see it because Expedia used the office address for the apartment location. I canceled the reservation because it was too far from the expected location. The people at Kiev Rents are great people and went out of their way to help me after Expedia's mistake was discovered. I have rented form them in the past and highly recommend them. As for Expedia,, make sure you know what you are getting

Location Great! Apartment so so!

So, will start by saying location is very good. Very central and can get to many central spots, shopping, food, etc.... Staff that run the different apartments are nice too. I recommend connecting via Whatsapp in advance to meet up with them. We showed up after 7 PM when they were already closed, but they were happy to meet up. So very helpful. Make sure you do this, because there is not a typical check in point. Apartment was clean and well kept. Very aged though, and is not shown in the pictures given here. So beware, pictures are not accurate, at least based on what we were given. It says they have 10 apartments. The one we were given was not pictured, and would not have stayed here to be honest, based on what we were given. We stayed one night, so was not going to stir things up, but the Apartment we were given was about 2 star at best. Internet works well and is in an old apartment building. One other odd factor, neighbors had a sign posted, don't be noisy, we have a baby next door, be loud and we will call the Police. Bathroom just okay, again 2 star level. Hope this helps!!

NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET

when I arrived late in the evening the owner would not meet and just gave key from next door and when I got into the apartment it stinks and freezer door is broken and lights not working and oder from bathroom and the owner would make an agreement and then change his mind a hour or two later and it was a real problem to deal with this man and the lights went out and the internet service was bad and th3e elevator did not work had to pay people to haul down 300 pounds of luggage down 4 stories and then the lights went out,,, I HAVE PICTURES AND A VIDEO ON MY APPLE IPHONE 8XPLUS

Jeg har aldrig været i en opgang der var så beskidt som den her, har virkelig rejst meget, det her var bare for ulækkert, selve lejligheden var bestemt heller ikke ren, ud over det her, er der et håndklæde til 4 dage, ingen toiletpapir eller sæbe, dårlig betjening, som oven i købet stjal 50 doller op af en taske, jeg vil forsøge at få penge tilbage, men har ikke kunne finde måden at gøre det på, så håber nogen læser det her. good hotel, bad service/amenities

the clients asked for blankets. the staff offered them for ...15$ each. i don't believe when i write that! blanket is not a standard equipment in a hotel?? it's possible to ask for a deposit, but to sell blankets??? [the client bought in the town 6 blankets (for all the partners) for 60$ and when he left the hotel donated to poor people!
