"I could have easily given the hotel a 5 star review but I couldn’t because of the low seating toilets. I initially thought the size of the toilet was designed only for smaller children. I am 5’5” and not overweight. When sitting on the toilet my knees were closer to my chin than parallel to the rest of my body. I’ve only experienced this type of problem with another Hampton Inn in New Mexico. I never thought I’d be sizing the toilet height before staying at another Hampton Inn."

"Staff at check in desk was very friendly and helpful. Was able to check in a little early and got a bottom floor room as requested. Room was very clean and very cold. The way we like it. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom very clean and stocked. Will stay again."

"All the amenities were "out of order" including pool, laundry, fitness room. The elevator was a mess with paper peeling off the walls and sounded like a roller coaster going down. The front door was taken apart at the top and one door didn't work. Christmas decor still up (it's May). Shower wouldn't drain and had sludge coming up. Room smelled like mildew and allergies flared up big time in there. Would NOT recommend. I have major sanitation and safety concerns and this place should be closed...

"The staff were very nice and professional. The room was clean. The elevator wasn’t working but they had called ahead of time to let us know but I couldn’t find another hotel that was the same price or less in the area we wanted to we decided to stay there. The bed wasn’t very comfortable for us. Good if you like soft mattress, we prefer something a bit more firm. The hotel was a perfect location for our visit."

"Though the lobby is ok and the staff helping me pleasant, this hotel is musty and water damaged, unfortunately. I could smell it on floors 2 and 3. 3 was the worst. My asthma was so bad, I had to flee my room at 9:00 at night and find another place to sleep. It wasn't a fun way to start off my vacation. Please professionally investigate and remediate the stucco siding for water intrusion and window failures which I saw. There happened to be a storm while I was there and water came in."

"One word to describe this hotel is "Avoid." This is how I perceived about the hotel while staying a night. The hotel had little intention to satisfy its guests, but cared about the cost cuts. Here are some of memorable moments: 1. I Booked for 2 beds, but got only 1 bed with sofa bed. No other room was available. (I paid in advance.) I was pointed to a fine print stating, "You may not get what you want" in my itinerary. 2. I witnessed double booking. I saw two guests came at the front...

"Outside of the property very dirty. Surprisingly, even the entrance to the office glass door and surrounding glass and handle very dirty. Inside the entry way are to use machines could be cleaned. The whole area needs TLC. The one flight of stairs to the second floor all day yesterday and today at check out had what appears to be throw-up which was already spreading along the other steps. So in and out of our room we didn’t feel clean we felt yucky. I saw black spot stains on my son sheet,...

"I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this motel. The room was filthy upon arrival. There was hair all over the bathroom floor and inside the bathtub. The couch was dirty, and the chair had white stains on it, which was very unsanitary and unacceptable. On top of that, the room had a terrible smell that made the stay very uncomfortable. The breakfast was also terrible and did not meet expectations at all. This experience was nothing like what I expected from a Wyndham-branded hotel....
