"Love the location. It was in a quiet neighbourhood but still very close to transport and food options. It was such a great area to wake up and find a little coffee shop and wander the street early. The room was a good size for our family of four and had everything you needed, particularly the washing machine. The beds were also really comfy. We would come back and stay here again"

"If you have younger kids this place is perfect, and great value! They had a native English speaker at check-in which avoided any confusion. The shuttle bus to our accom was great. The location is in a quiet street, yet only a 2 min walk to a subway station on a line that connects straight to Kyoto Station."

"Great location, super modern and clean, staff was very friendly and even had a birthday card for my daughter and let us use a Polaroid camera to make memories. They saw us dressed up in kimonos and came outside to take pictures of us. Even told us where to pose so you could see the beautiful temple in the background. Overall, this was a beautiful place and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend"
