"Arrived at the hotel early. I was welcomed by the receptionist Eliza. Very professional attitude and she checked us in with no problems. The owner Gulsana gave a little gift to my daughter and welcomed us all. Stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. For a 3 star hotel it really exceeded my expectations. Cleaning was top notch. Anything we needed or wanted was accommodated. Upon check out Bekzat ensured we were happy with everything and asked us how they can do better in which we said just keep up what...

"This is not a complaint about the hotel but about Hotels.com. I would highly recommend the hotel. The location is good, the room is clean and comfortable and the staff are great. But Hotels.com should have signalled that the hotel was under renovation with some services not available and the restaurant with limited opening hours."

"Wonderful hotel! Room is spacious and feels very new, bathroom is fantastic with heated floors, huge bath tub and vanity. Hotel had only 9 rooms so it’s very quiet and very well maintained. Hotel location is optimal: not too far from city Center and located close to best cafe Faiza. Breakfast was wonderful too. Every day new options, always fresh and tasty. Staff were very helpful. We will be staying there next time we come. "

"Really fantastic hotel. The friendly people on reception were super helpful, they helped arrange transport for my friend and I to go to Lake Issyl-Kul. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and tasty food. Room was clean and comfortable. The outdoor swimming pool was large and had plenty of space to relax. I would definitely recommend this hotel when staying in Bishkek and special thank you to the wonderful staff."
