"Very nice newly renovated room. Staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet that had lot of variety. The location is very close to the airport. It is very convenient if you must have a short stay before flying from Prague. I stayed there before and enjoyed the stay (It’s only 6km from the airport )"

"No customer service. If you need anything you have to go down get it yourself that is if they have it. To get an Iron to use you need to pay cash deposit. from the first day we arrived the bed sheets had some dirt on them I requested to change them they never did. basically you get a room but no good service no way this is a 4 star hotel."

Staff were really helpful, girls at the restaurant, breakfast time and dinner time , especially were very polite and helpful. There was building work in the atrium but as the reception kindly gave me a room higher up this did not bother me. "The breakfast was delicious with lots of options. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and spacious, however, the room was super hot with no way to cool it down..was over 30 degrees outside and felt like 40 in the room! The area of the hotel was super walkable, 3 minutes from a metro station and close to shops and restaurants. A lovely, affluent area of Prague!"

"Die Lage des Hotels war für uns nahezu perfekt. Man konnte in ca. 15 Minuten von der Autobahn zum Hotel fahren ohne dass man durch die ganze Stadt fahren musste. Direkt gegenüber ist eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Wir sind 3 Tage für umgerechnet ca. 15 € mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gefahren. Zur Burg läuft man ca. 20 Minuten, man kann aber auch 2 Stationen mit der Straßenbahn fahren. Parkplätze sind vorhanden und kosten 400 Kronen pro Tag. Die Zimmer waren sauber und das Frühstück war...

"Mooi hotel, gelegen aan park en vrij centraal in Praag. Metro vlak bij en tram stopt er goor de deur. Kamer was erg ruim en klassiek ingericht. Dese werd elke dag tijdens m'n afwezigheid opgeruimd en opgefrist door het kamerpersoneel. Enige minpunten waren de niet goed werkende, luidruchtige airco en de gordijnen, die niet goed sloten en veel licht doorlieten. Zeker in de zomer onhandig met zonsopkomst om 4:30.."
