"Room is old, but it was very clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was very nice with great choice and healthy, but little difficult to place food because it is crowded on the counter. (Cannot put down plate to pick the food). Love the BGM in during the breakfast and room."
"Great onsen hotel near the Beppu station. No shoes allowed in the hotel which is unique. 7 private onsens plus public baths were available. Free ramen is provided for supper. There’s massage chairs available for use too. Very comfortable stay except light in room is by sensor which is rather annoying. But all in all, still enjoyed my stay and will look to stay here if I ever come back"
"Idividual parking building next to the hotel. The parking lot was almost full for the day I stayed at the hotel. The public bath is big and well kept. The elevator is a bit slow. Lawson right across from the hotel. There are smoking rooms available. Although a bit outdated I had a comfortable stay"
