"Nice place, a bit remote, but with walking distance of a grocery store. Just know that if you stay less than 6 days at this hotel there will be a high Access charge for the umbrella and lounge chair Oceanside area and pool (which looks so Beautiful in the photos). We did stay at The Hotel Lafayette on both sides of our cruise out of Bari so they worked it out that we could avoid the access charge, which we were very thankful to the Managers efforts to work it all out. "This is a modest guest house some way from Bari Airport, with slightly complicated entrance arrangements, involving codes on a box at the gate and the door into the building. However, the room and shower room, though fairly basic, is clean and perfectly adequate for an overnight stay. There is a basic breakfast in the entrance to which you help yourself. "Perfect for a stay close to the airport with a shuttle there and very close to the train station to central Bari. We had a family room that has a third door connecting us. The restaurant was actually quite good for dinner,"

"We had a wonderful stay. Unfortunately, we only discovered it on the last day of our trip, because we would have loved to spend much more time here. The villa was spacious, spotless, and had a beautiful garden where our baby had plenty of room to play and enjoy herself. The pool was lovely, the food was amazing, and the hospitality was outstanding. Everyone made us feel so welcome. We will definitely come back. Thank you so much for your kindness and for making our stay so special!"

"House on pedestrian street in old town, so close to places to see. Very comfy room with small roof terrace and use of kitchen. Met at house on arrival by owner's daughter, who was very helpful. Found free parking, but 5 minutes walk away. Ruvo was a pleasant town and good to explore. Quite close to Castel del Monte and Bari."

"Breakfast was excellent, staff serving breakfast were very friendly. Location was very good, walkable to many restaurants, and old town. We booked 4 rooms and all were very clean and spacious. We have family who live in Molfetta , this was our 2nd stay at Dogano and we will certainly return. A rooftop pool would have been a fantastic addition to the resort but a great property."
