"Amazing place with beautiful views"

"Amazing breakfast. Wonderful staff"

"設備全体が新しいので綺麗です。エアコンが日本製で静か、シャワーのお湯もしっかり出ます。ヘアドライヤーもあって便利です。広さは日本のビジネスホテルと同じ感じです。朝食が無いのが残念だけど、すぐ近くのファーストフードで済ませることができます。"

"Aging property with excellent staff. The property was once grand, but is showing cracks, literally, as our room had cracks in the wall. The staff couldn’t have been better. From the rooftop bar staff to the staff at breakfast and the excellent front desk. This was a very good stay and a welcome rest from the grind of our trip to Mindanao. Despite the shortcomings of the aging, I would stay here again due to the excellent staff."

"Clean room, shops nearby staff are very friendly and very helpful.."

"aircon is not functioning well. requested for a room transfer kasi hindi lumalamig ang aircon pero ang pinaglipatan na room sa amin ganun din. same sentiment ng iba naming kasama sa other room. tapos ung key card hndi gumagana madalas. kelangan pa namin bumalik sa lobby kasi walang ma approach sa 6th floor na hindi gumagana ang key card,"

"The rooms are clean and are comfortable. It is more like a 3 star environment but well maintained. The Staff and the Owner very kind, cheerful, very accommodating and give excellent service. The only disappointing thing was their internet service is absolutely dismal. They did accommodate by providing a wifi booster to the room even with that the Wifi was very patchy and not really able to do business on one's laptop. Our stay was comfortable. It is a safe environment as it is in a...

"Only problem was they have no elevator. Thank goodness I was on the third floor which was the top floor"

"Good"

"The coffee served at breakfast tasted good. It was Davao coffee excelsa. Near to the San Pedro Cathedral walking distance. Staff was courteous and always ready to help. The downside is the room that I got doesn't have a functional TV. The shower head needs replacement. Aircon remote needs to be replaced. Overall stay was good for the price. Anyways, was always out."

"Decent room for the price but the WIFI is too SLOW. can't even reach inside the rooms. Hopefully they will upgrade their wifi coz they are a hotel in the city center yet no wifi."

"I always stay in this hotel - it is conveniently near the airport on the main highway and is a good base to prepare for longer trips into Mindanao. While it could do with some modernisation, it is otherwise clean and tidy, with very friendly and efficient staff. There is offroad parking if you hire a vehicle, and a shopping centre across the road and many small businesses in the area."
