"The staff were amazing - so kind and helpful! The rooms were well cleaned and tidied up everyday so no complaints at all about any staff. However, the AC is not actual AC in the rooms and there are no fan options for being able to circulate air in the rooms. Would not recommend this hotel during any warm months at all as the rooms are very very hot and the AC isn’t actually AC."

"A fabulous, stylish hotel to stay in - super location and rooms very comfortable with character and style. Very welcoming. Beautiful staircase winding up to rooms. Great to have a small balcony to sit out on. If less mobile be careful if staying in heat of summer. The lift did not operate in high heat so as we were travelling light this was not such an issue ie not much luggage. But check with the hotel to book lower floor rooms if you struggle with stairs. "The staff were incredibly helpful throughout the stay. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were impeccably clean. The room was much smaller than expected, but there was enough room for my wife and I. We maybe could have fit one more. "Love this hotel and will definitely stay there again! I did not realize the importance of prebooking a taxi for my airport departure. Uber wasn’t available and they scrambled to hail a taxi from the corner down the street. Staff were amazing! Room was spectacular! Will be back!"

"The hotel was located on a quiet side street, close to the Metro, which was handy. The upkeep of the hotel was okay, fine for the cheaper side of Paris accommodation. Our double room was an okay size, as was the bathroom - nice enough. The corridors on the floors are very slim, so you can hear guests coming and going as the doors are so close together (luckily we didn’t have any noisy neighbours, but the rooms are definitely not ‘sound proof’ as described)."

"We enjoyed this hotel - the room size was great for Paris and we really appreciated the in room kettle and fridge - and best of all the AC (our stay coincided with the heatwave). The beds were great and bathroom was good and clean. Breakfast was just OK - it felt a bit chaotic and there wasn’t really enough space - lots of families with little kids staying meaning breakfast was just a bit loud and disorganised."
