"I asked for a wake up call in the morning and never received it the night before they checked my phone but nothing happened not sure if this is why I never received a wake up. Also my last night the menu was very limited no French fries , no wings, limited sandwiches, and was charged a re fuel charge for a bag of chips and pop at front desk "

"This hotel parking lot is shared with a park and fly lot as well as a banquet hall so we had to park very far from the doors with all our luggage. The parking lot was not salted and incredibly slippery making it very difficult and dangerous to walk it. Unfortunately our rooms thermostat wasn’t working and even after calling up maintenance our room stayed at 24 degrees which was way too hot for us to enjoy or sleep well. It was a bit difficult getting ahold of concierge from the room when needed. Pool was nice and warm and our son really enjoyed the water slide"

"My son and I came up to stay in Montreal to attend the Journey concert. We planned to come up on a wednesday, which was the evening of the concert, however, there was an ice storm predicted so we drove up on tuesday. When I checked in, I asked if I could get the same room a day early and they said yes. Unfortunately, I paid nearly half of the cost for 3 days just for an extra day. On a brighter note, because I had booked through Expedia and had a VIP booking, I saved at least 35 to 38 dollars per day as I did not have to pay for parking. In regard to the property, they are in the midst of a renovation of the entire reservation area. The Workman there did a great job and there was really no inconvenience at all."

"The breakfast was excellent on my visit to Montreal. Unfortunately on my return stay, I had to depart too early to catch breakfast. Glad there was lots of coffee in the room. Thanks"
