"This was a great property for our group of 5. Lots of space to have family members come for a visit and have a meal together. Modern finishes and furniture. Clean and the kitchen was well stocked. It's close to the subway which is very convenient and there are grocery stores in the area. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again."

"We stayed on the bottom floor but got access to two bathrooms and a full kitchen. Staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. It’s an old building so keep that in mind. I enjoyed the charm and reminded me of staying in my first apartment. I would stay there again!"

"I appreciated the clean room, helpful staff and airport shuttle. However the bathroom in the room is overdue for a reno. There's water damage on the wall, tile grout is stained, shower head doesn't work properly. There is no towel rail for those of us who wish to use towels more than once. There is very limited counter space for toiletries. There is also damage on the ceiling of the bedroom. The outside door to the parking lot does not line up correctly which makes it difficult to open and...

"I stayed here twice over a period of 4 weeks and each time had to let the front desk know of issues with the rooms. Light fixtures falling out in the bathroom, recommendation to place non-existent rubber bath mat in bathtub, Nespresso machine malfunctioning, poorly draining bathroom sink and bathtub. I was placed in the older section on my second visit and I was very dismayed with the sorry condition of the rooms on that side of the building"
