"Bellissima struttura in posizione perfetta per visitare l'intero Paese Basco: Bilbao e la Costa si raggiungono in metro, nel raggio di un'ora di macchina (c'è un ottimo parcheggio coperto vicino, anche economico) c'è tutta la costa da Santander a Donostia e si arriva anche a Gasteiz. La camera è comoda e pulita e la vista dal lato del ponte è bellissima, soprattutto all'alba. "

"Everything about the new Bilbao hotel is 5 star I would stay no where else From arrival to departure I recommend it to anyone travelling. The staff are friendly and efficient making the check in and out as easy as possible for tired guests The rooms are spacious and immaculately clean and at a comfortable temperature. Breakfast is reasonably priced and served for people from4-45am - 10am. There is another hotel nearby but I would never stay anywhere else. "

"Great location - Zubizuri bridge is right around the block, 10 min walk from Guggenheim and Moyúa, 20 min walk from Casco Viejo Check-in time is slightly inconvenient with front desk being out between 1-4pm. Otherwise, check-in was quick an simple and staff was very friendly and helpful. Private parking fee is expensive but is worthwhile given the convenience. Cute studio apartment - kitchenette is not as well-equipped as other apartment hotels we've stayed at, but offers ample bathroom...

"Room was clean and well appointed. Staff were very helpful. We booked mainly for its location close to the ferry port. Secure parking was a must for a fully loaded car after a long stay in Spain. The food in the restaurant was basic but very good. Maria who served us was by herself, but did a great job in dealing with a busy restaurant. I would recommend this hotel for the reason we chose it."

"Yes everything was clean, and very spacious accomodation. The area is in a rural area but I liked that aspect of it. I rented a hybrid and I was able to have it charged each night at reasonable cost. The host was very nice and helpful."
