"Accueil glacial, on commence par vous annoncer tout ce que vous devez ou ne devez pas faire comme a des enfants mal élevés. "The room was clean with tea/coffee making facilities. A good view of the town. The attached restaurant was very nice, as was the food. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh with fresh bread, cheeses, coffee, juices, cold meat selection, jams, yoghurt. Very nice. Bathroom very clean and heating was very welcome on a very cold day."

"Accueil bâclé et particulièrement peu aimable, ce qui donne malheureusement une mauvaise impression dès l’arrivée. Nous n’avons à aucun moment eu le sentiment d’être véritablement accueillis comme des clients.
La chambre était propre et convenable, mais il n’y avait à notre arrivée ni savon ni shampoing. Nous avons dû les demander à deux reprises avant d’en obtenir, ce qui est assez surprenant pour un établissement de cette catégorie.

Had we have known the family room we were offered was up 2 flights of stairs one being a wobbly spiral staircase we would have opted for something else.
No staff on site on arrival, travel cot provided was broken."
