"Beautiful place to stay, clean, quiet, peaceful, relaxing...just what you need after a long day in Arizona. Will definitely stay here again!!! Next time we will make use of the beautiful outdoor pool. Breakfast was continental. They had some sausage, egg, cheese biscuits and burritos you could heat in the microwave along with some boiled eggs, and multi flavored yogurts for protein. Again, we will stay here again!"

"The hotel is excellent, it’s clean modern, everything very clean.
A couple of things to be aware of : $25 self parking /day . $35 resort fee! They do authorization charges everyday on your credit card. The charges are not small. They were over $300 . They are just pending charges but I’ve never experienced this with any other hotels. Also, checking out I was handed a bill. That’s not on the hotel but Expedia when sent over the reservation never sent over the funds that Expedia charged me. So...

"The best experience we had with the property where the office staff and on site security(since the property feels safe due to it being gated). There is a specific young gentleman who wears a red hat that is absolutely amazing and accommodating.
We did struggle with obtaining clean linen and towels when needed, although that wasn’t something the staff were able to control. It was hard to obtain pool towels when trying to swim."

"This property is very nice and peaceful and super convenient to Cave Creek, Carefree and North Scottsdale. The units are very large with a full kitchen and large bedrooms and bathrooms. The units are starting to show their age though and could use a refresh. The room was quite clean except for the 5 dead cockroaches I found when I checked in. "The property was very well kept. I stayed at the property because it had breakfast which was unorganized and not kept up with the refilling of the food. I don't eat a lot of the food that was available to me and then it would take up to 30 minutes or more for the food to be refilled and then fir them to run out of brown sugar and other amenities wasn't good. The rooms were well kept and clean. The location was pretty close to a lit of things in the city."
