"Checking in was easy and the front desk did let me know that housekeeping was on property every other day, so requests would be handled by the front desk. However, my room wasn’t cleaned on the day of arrival; the floors had hairs, the sheets weren’t new and the shower was also poorly cleaned. We stayed four nights, and the day housekeeping did come our room was ultimately left in that same condition.
