Like many old buildings there’s just a narrow staircase. Not bad for us since we only had to navigate one flight to the first floor. What in the US we’d call the second. "Top class hotel. Good hotels in good proximity to the motorway are few and far between in France (usually Accor chains - Ibis, Novotel or Kyriad, Mercure. This is a gem. Gorgeous sized rooms, good food (looks to be - didn't eat here) super friendly staff. Got a five star vibe. Only downside is the cost of the drinks, a little steep but it falls into insignificance with the high quality of the hotel overall! Do not hesitate to book here. We will be back!"
