We had to take two cabs to the property and the ownwr charged us $25 for cleaning and not the $4.25 listed. She charged theree times as much as we paud in the app for one day more. "

"Hicimos una reservación con bastante anticipación de 5 noches. Al llegar no había personal disponible para el check in. No aparecía nuestra reservación aún siendo pagada con anterioridad. Después de mucho esperar asignan una habitación temporera donde habían ciempiés en la ducha. Alrededores oscuros, nunca conseguí ninguna persona para ayudarnos. Jamás volvería. De 5 noches solo dure par de horas y nunca me devolvieron ni un peso. No recomendado."

"The hotel’s location is superb, being very close to Parque del Café, which made our visit incredibly convenient. The beautiful grounds are a standout feature, with meticulously maintained gardens, a lovely variety of plants, and a charming array of animals that added a special touch to the surroundings. The facilities were wonderful, especially the chapel, bar with a pool table, and arcade games, offering entertainment for all ages. The service was exemplary—every staff member we encountered...
