"The hotel had no one available at check-in and I rarely saw anyone working there. No room service all week. The most BASIC accommodations. They have a TV but no programming so it’s pointless. The hike up the hill is so steep, those with heart issues are not advised. Fairly walkable once down the hill. The rooms have thin walls so noisy guests are an issue. Would not recommend."

They do not have this option and I had to change my reservation for an establishment that does take full payment. It was not clear on the website, so… you know…"
