"I urge any future traveler to skip this hotel. I called the hotel to make sure they had a crib for newborn, which they confirmed and so I proceeded with the reservation. "Do NOT book!!! Horrible hotel!! We checked in and when walked in the room it smelled musty and humid, the carpet by the AC was wet. When I went down to the front desk and told them about it they came up to check it out and what I was told was “the AC has been running a lot because it’s hot in Texas” duh I live in Texas so I know. We tell the guy that we are not talking about how cold it is, the concern was the carpet was wet it smelled humid and musty, traveling with 3 kids, 2 with asthma...

"We didn’t have a great experience unfortunately. Our air didn’t work well the first night then on the second day it went out while we were away. Got back to the hotel at 11:00pm and asked for help, they came up and “fixed” the air just for it to stop working again almost immediately. They said they would switch our rooms and they had forgotten about us for about 30min. When we got to the other room it was great until it started raining and there was a leak it the ceiling. "I was unaware of the $10 parking fee; however, I did see a security guard driving or walking around the front and rear parking areas of the hotel. Due to my stay being on a Holiday weekend, there were quite a few people for breakfast so the eggs were finishing quick and there was a long line for waffles. I did like the noon checkout; however, I had to use the stairs as the elevators were being inspected. The front desk personnel I dealt with were courteous and helpful."

The first night, while knowing we had a newborn with us, we were put in the room next to the exit door that slammed incessantly all night and then employees bearing out trash cans at 4 am. They refused to refund me for the remainder of the stay, so we were forced to stay or pay an additional $300 plus the cost of a new stay somewhere else. they did move our room to...
