GrandStay Hotel & Suites
The breakfast was not very fresh. Thr warm food was soggy. The hot tub was not warm enough. The floor is the bathroom was dirty. The staff were very nice and the hotel is in a good spot to walk to the river and downtown.

This property is falling apart. The tiles in the bathroom floor have all come up and are loose, which present a tripping hazard. There is mold on the ceiling above the shower.
